In conjunction with the Autosport International show in Birmingham (14th to 17th January 2010), OMP introduces a brand new internet site, which aims at combining a better information diffusion, with the new sharing tools, typical of the web 2.0. An enlarged layout, which allows presenting the products with much bigger pictures (there are over a 1000 new images on the internet site), the useful function of the “related products“, in order to keep an eye on the other categories which could be of interest, and the variations of the colours immediately visualizable at the passage of the mouse over the relevant icons.
Every product page and the news are now shareable thanks to the Share function, either via the forwarding of the link to an e-mail, or via all the major social networks.
All the 2010 novelties can be seen by launching the animation “2010 collection Preview” from the homepage. The virtual brochure (available within the next few weeks), allows to always “flick through” the pages online, as well as zooming, printing, researching, downloading pages or sections of the catalogue in the PDF format.
The news area has been totally re-thought and works as a real, independent internet site. It is divided into four sections: the firm and its products, our history, the dealers, the races and our partner pilots. Every piece of news will be accompanied by a gallery of images or by a video. The news and their content can be researched by category, watch word, date, or as tag clouds. In order to always “stay tuned”, it is possible to register to the RSS feeds, or to the newsletter which is sent on a monthly basis.
For all the Facebook users, or for whom wishes to follow us through this social network, the official OMP page is operative, constantly updated with the news published on the internet site: we shall wait for your numerous registrations. The Twitter users will be able to become followers of our page, which will report links and information in real time. Within the next few weeks, a channel on You Tube will be activated, with all the videos grouped and easily reachable.
A great effort in order to allow all the enthusiastic fans to get more and more in touch with the OMP world.
