A Chevrolet hat-trick in the first race of the 2010 WTCC in Curitiba (Brazil). The victory in race 1 went to Yvan Muller, who always managed to maintain the first position; the second place went to Robert Huff, whereas the third place went to Alain Menu. The victorious Chevrolet Cruzes in the 2010 debut race had the brand new OMP safety belts – 812 Turismo mounted, which derive from the ones devised for the F1.
In race 2 we highlight the victory for Gabriele Tarquini, and the second place for Jordi Gene, both driving the Seat Leon TDIs of the Sun Red Sport Team; the third place went to the Chevrolet of Alain Menu. At the top of the placings there are Yvan Muller and Gabriele Tarquini, equal with 37 points.
Among the independent drivers, there are two victories for Sergio Hernandez on a BMW 320si Proteam.

After a day as the absolute protagonist, with 5 victories on the 9 special races, Petter Solberg has managed to conquer the second place at the end of a hard-fought Mexico rally, the second test of theworld WRC 2010 (final victory for Sébastien Loeb). The worth of the podium (the first since he has been racing with the French cars of the WRT Petter Solberg) is even greater, as the powerful Norwegian driver races with a non official Citroen.
We are pleased that our new seat HTE ONE, approved according to the most recent regulations FIA 8862-2009, the lightest in the world with the carbon shell, and a level of safety equal to the one of the F1 single-seater.
Within the PWRC (Production World Rally Championship) placings, we would like to mention thefirst place overall for Armindo Araujo with the Mitshubishi Lancer of the RalliArt Italy team.

The FIA World Touring Championship starts again this week end (5th – 7th March) with the Curitiba race (Brazil), and it will unfold over 12 events around the world; it will finish at the end of November with the race in Macau.
With the Seat of Yvan Muller in 2008 and of Gabriele Tarquini in 2009; OMP has been the speciality world champion for the past two years; it will be present with different partnerships, first of all with theChevrolet Team, which confirms its official participation with the cars: Chevrolet Cruze LT- and the drivers:Rob Huff, Alain Menu and Yvan Muller.
On the contrary, the official Seat team will not take part in the races of the 2010 championship; the drivers: Gabriele Tarquini, Tiago Monteiro and Jordi Gené will be at the starting line asindependent drivers, with the Seat Leon 2.0 TDIs of the Sun Red Sport Team.
We would also like to mention the participation of Stefano D’Aste among the indepent drivers, with his BMW 320 Si of the ProTeam Motorsport Team.
OMP will provide the above mentioned drivers with fire retardant sportswear.

Après l’accord avec Renault F1, OMP Racing reconfirme sa présence dans la Formula 1 et entreprend une collaboration avec l’équipe italienne « Scuderia Toro Rosso ».
Le 14 mars prochain, date officielle de début de la Saison 2010 du Championnat Mondial FIA de Formula 1 (Gp du Bahrain), Sebastian Buemi et Jaime Alguersuari, les trois jeunes pilotes officiels de l’équipe de Faenza, vont utiliser l’équipement technique – combinaisons ignifugées, chaussures, sous – vêtements, gants – réalisé par OMP, aussi bien que tous les mécaniciens de l’équipe.
