
The 50th running of the 24 Hours of Daytona has been completed and it lived up to the billing of the most anticipated road race in history.
In the end, Michael Shank Racing was victorious in the twice around the clock classic, narrowly edging out Starworks Motorsports.
The battle, unbelievably came down to the last lap in both the DP and GT classes, where Magnus Racing earned a spectacular victory over rival Porsche team TRG.
In all OMP teams earned a 2nd in DP, 1st, and 2nd in GT, qualified first in DP, won pole and swept the podium in Continental GS series and won the ST race with I-Moto Racing’s Mazdaspeed 3.
Congratulations to all of the team that persevered and finished in Daytona. OMP looks forward to a very successful 2012.
